How to fix Jio 4G Network, APN and Call Issues 3 easy way to Fix

Most of the people who got the Jio sim are facing problem of no network no internet and can’t do sim verification due VoLTE issue. I will help you to solve these problem.

I will focus on 3 issues which everyone gets while using Jio sim

1.   No network on Dual SIM Phones

First of all, check which sim slot support 4G, insert in that generally first sim slot support 4G. the reason is that most device say 4G dual sim feature but support in first slot only.

Now you have to check the preferred network type most of time after changing sim network changes to default 2G/3G network

select preferred network type and select 4G LTE

# Setting>sim card & mobile network>Jio 4G>Preferred network type>Prefer LTE

Now you must be sure that data preference must be Jio sim

Still, if your cell is not able to detect the network, then do a manual network search

If above setting is done right, then after your cell will detect the Jio network while manual network search.

Some device need reboot to detect the network. Mine mi mobile detected Jio network after reboot. So please recommend you guys to reboot your cell.

    2. APN Settings

If your APN (Access Point Name) don’t get configured automatically then go for manual setting and this is very important for internet connectivity

# settings>Sim cards & mobile network > Jio sim>Access point name>new APN>type in Name-Internet and APN – Jionet and leave everything else as default. Finally, save and activate as default APN.

Now when you switch on your data you will start to enjoy your unlimited 4g internet.

       3. LTE & VoLTE Phone

Some mobile are only LTE and some are VoLTE. LTE will support only internet and VoLTE will support both internet and voice calling for Jio, don’t worry if your handset is LTE there is an app provide by Jio that is Jio join which will help you in voice calling video calling and absolutely for your sim confirmation also. But before using this app for voice calling you must have to switch on your internet. This app constantly need to be connected by internet.
